I bought this ring a few days before Christmas so I wasnt expecting it to be delivered until after. I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived on the 22nd which I was amazed at! There was excellent communication about when it was being packaged and when it was sent, literally about an hour after I ordered it (at gone midnight)!
It arrived really well packaged, and with the box so beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a pretty ribbon (it was a gift for myself so this was a lovely touch).
The ring itself is in perfect condition, really nicely polished so it sparkles, and it is absolutely beautiful- more than I'd hoped for.
I sent a message to let them know it had arrived and I loved it, and received a lovely and thoughtful reply- again another lovely personal touch.
