116 years old, this beautiful Edwardian antique 9ct yellow gold gipsy ring has been hallmarked by the Chester Assay Office with the date letter for 1910. This beautifully crafted ring features three graduating round cut rubies which are interspersed by four tiny rough cut diamond chips all flush set into a raised central panel onto the front of the shank. The shank then tapers for a comfort fit to the reverse. The Chester assay office mark is very clearly stamped on the inside of the shank, as are all the other hallmarks. The Chester Assay Office was an official Assay Office from 1700 until 1962. A beautiful antique promise or anniversary ring.
