This superb vintage 22ct yellow gold wedding band ring made by Charles Green & Sons of Birmingham is hallmarked Birmingham 1939 and is in excellent condition. Charles Green established his business in 1824 at Brierley Street West in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and the company later became synonymous with well-made wedding rings. Today, Charles Green & Son is still renowned for its exceptional quality and craftsmanship. The rounded D profile makes the ring perfect to sit alongside an engagement ring or could just as easily be as part of a stacking ring set. The ring weighs 3.4g of solid 22ct gold and has been professionally cleaned and polished.
