This 5.7mm wide superb vintage 22ct yellow gold wedding band ring made by Henry Hyde Aston (later H.Aston Ltd) of 12 Regent Place, Birmingham is hallmarked Birmingham 1939 and is in excellent condition. Henry Hyde Aston was a very prolific maker of wedding jewellery in the UK operating from 1862. The gentle rounded D profile makes the ring perfect to sit alongside an engagement ring or could just as easily be as part of a stacking ring set. The ring weighs a hefty 5.6g of solid 22ct gold and has been professionally cleaned and polished.
