This long vintage 9ct gold belcher chain necklace from 1994 measures 24″ long with links at approximately 3.3mm x 3.3mm. Belcher chains (sometimes referred to as rolo chains) use wide, round or D-shaped links that are equal in size. This style offers an excellent combination of strength and visual weight, which is why it’s frequently used with heavier pendants or as a standalone piece. The necklace bears a full UK hallmark for 9ct gold including the makers initials – see details below, and the clasp is also stamped 9K for 9ct gold. This chain weighs a hefty 12.7g and is in superb condition.
