This absolutely stunning vintage 9ct yellow gold ring features a beautifully clear 9mm x 7mm purple oval cut amethyst of approximately 1.75ct surrounded by a double halo of 54 approx 1mm sparkling diamonds giving an approximate total diamond carat weight of 0.54ct. A perfect anniversary or statement ring.
