This stunning vintage ring features a natural deep blue 8mm x 6mm emerald cut inky blue sapphire surrounded by 24 x 0.8 – 1mm sparkling diamonds set into a 9ct yellow gold basket setting and shank. A perfect engagement, promise or anniversary ring.
