This superb quality vintage rhombus design sapphire and diamond ring has been beautifully crafted in 9ct yellow gold and features a central 5mm x 4mm inky blue oval cut sapphire laterally set surrounded by a halo of 20 sparkling single cut accent diamonds flush set into 9ct white gold and mounted on a raised basket settiing. The diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 0.20ct. A perfect engagement or anniversary ring.
