Returns Policy
If you wish to return your item for a refund please contact us within 5 days of receipt. It should be returned and received by us within 14 days, 30 days for international returns.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, other than to try on, and returned in all original packaging including presentation boxes.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees using a fully insured, tracked & signed for service and packaged securely. We will refund you in full within 7 days minus the cost of the original outgoing postage (£4.95 RM Special Delivery). International returns are refunded up to the customer’s postage cost when purchased
International returns should be clearly marked “UK Returned Goods” on the outer packaging to avoid charges.
Cancellation of Orders
If you have placed an order via the website and paid either by bank transfer or PayPal and the goods have not been shipped, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund. Where it is necessary for Castle Oak Jewellery to cancel your order, you will notified either verbally, or via email, and your full payment will be fully refunded.
Item Arrived Damaged
Sometimes the postal service may have a role in the way your item has arrived. All our items are well packaged. If it has been damaged as a result of abuse during transit, then we need to inform the mail service provider as soon as possible, so we will need a photo of the damage to show the postal courier in order to start a claim. Please return the item to us in original packaging if possible and you will be refunded.
