This stunning vintage ring from 1983 features a natural deep blue 4mm round cut sapphire surrounded by a star/flower design halo of 6 x 2mm sparkling brilliant cut diamonds set into 9ct white gold with alternating openwork and mounted onto a 9ct yellow gold basket setting and shank. A perfect engagement, promise or anniversary ring.
