An absolutely gorgeous Edwardian diamond daisy ring from the 1920s with a beautiful central 4mm bezel set round cut royal blue sapphire surrounded by eight sparkling approx 1.7mm single cut diamonds in a decorative bezel set gallery of platinum mounted onto an 18ct yellow gold shank. The ring bears the makers mark T&S for William Harry Tandy who was a master jeweller operating from his premises in Vyse Street in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. He founded his company in the early 1890s and passed it through jis family into the late 1950s. A stunning antique engagement or promise ring.
